Manly Village
Just a 600 metre (10 minute) walk to the iconic Manly Village you will find three wonderful cafes, a medical centre, a top-rated pharmacy, a hairdresser, a convenience store, a fruit shop and a bakery.

Local Beaches
Matakatia Beach - is just a 1.5 km (20 min) walk where you’ll find spectacular views to the city.
Tindalls Beach - A 1.6 km (25 min) walk to where you can spot the penguin tracks in the early morning and in those hot months, have a swim! There’s a cold shower at the boat ramp to wash off the salt.
Big Manly beach - A 850 m (13 min) walk where you’ll be ble to meet all the locals and their dogs, get an ice cream, and you could even do a lap of the beautiful Manly Park.
Little Manly Beach - A 1 km (16 min) walk where you can sometimes spot dolphins and at the right time of the year, enjoy the vibrance of the pohutukawas.
Local Parks
Manly Park - a short 650m (11 min) walk where you’ll find a great place to walk a lap, greet locals and dogs, or find a shady spot to relax and enjoy. Its right next Big Manly beach for those wanting to extend their walk.
Tiri Reserve - with the quick shortcut through Baycrest, you’ll find youself at Tiri park in under 5 minutes. There you will find a stunning outlook over Gulf Harbour and Kotanui Island.
Shakespear Park - A 6.0 km drive will take you to Shakespear Park where you can enjoy a stunning 15 minute bush walk up to a small waterfall. Or you might like to take on a steeper challenge to the lookout over Te Haruhi Bay. At Shakespear Park you will also find Okoromai Bay with lovely flat mangrove walking tracks and a rich native bird life.
Golf Course
Whangaparaoa Golf Club - Set in picturesque surroundings with parkland and ocean views, you can drive (4.7 kms) to this 18 hole course in just 7 minutes. With reasonable rates, it is enjoyed by members and visitors alike.
