The weekly service fee, paid monthly, covers Auckland Council Rates, Watercare, Insurance, interior and exterior maintenance, lawn moving, gardening and maintaining the Community Centre.
The homes at Baycrest are not fully fenced so are not suitable for dog owners. However, visiting dogs on leash are most welcome. Cats are subject to approval by the Manager.
